on-site hardware and software services, troubleshooting and
installing new hardware and software.
We offer excellent phone support and for our larger clients
we can remotely access and troubleshoot their servers and
workstations as required. Technology allows this high-speed
access from offsite and this is a large focus for IBS and
its large MYOB Premier & Premier Enterprise clients.

then IBS have the perfect solution. Windows 2003 Server with
Terminal Services enabled allows in the example of our largest
MYOB client, 15 concurrent users accessing the one 460mb MYOB
data file from 3 different locations in Sydney and the UK.
This technology has now been around for 5-6 years, and if
it wasn't for this high-speed access these clients would definitely
not be still using MYOB. To give you an example one of our
clients has 15,000 cards in their MYOB Card file, 10,000 stock
items and the file size is over 1GB in size.
